Passport stamped, customs cleared we're tossed into the crowd of sleepy eyed people trying to navigate a strange international airport and Metro system, not to mention the whole language thing.
Both times we were lost and confused there was an English speaking Metro guide to help us figure it out.

Pastéis de Nata made with egg yolks, sugar, and a flaky pastry crust. It’s the most iconic pastry in Portugal. The Mantiqueta in Lisbon is the most renowned for their version. OMG!!! dusted with cinnamon and powered sugar, definitely worth all the hype.

We did not enter this museum but we did have an very relaxing lunch on the patio over looking the river and bridge as planes flew by on final approach.
