Photography was a passion before it became a job and career, so for as long as I can remember I’ve wanted to shoot the Carnevale in Venice. In 2023 Carnevale starts the day before my birthday.

Dedicated to the city’s patron, the goddess Athena, the Parthenon was completed in 438 BC, just in time for the Panathenaia —a festival held every four years. The only elevator is for the construction crew only, mere mortals must walk.
