Tapas are simply a small snack or appetizer eaten with a drink or two at lunchtime or in the early evening before the main meal. The Spanish generally won’t drink without eating something and originally these small snacks were given free to anyone who bought a drink.
FLAMENCO
Entering the thousand year home of a with its moody lighting and dark corners ignites the imagination as we have a drink and wait for the show to start. The small room gives an up close experience and the energy level is though to roof.
Flamenco is music and dance native to the southern Spanish regions of Andalusia, Extremadura and Murcia. It includes cante (singing), toque (guitar playing), baile (dance) and jaleo, which refers to the vocalizations and rhythmic sounds of palmas (handclapping) and pitos (finger snapping)
